Premco Ready Mix - Qatar

Different types and grades of high quality concrete customized as needed by the customer have been supplied to many customers in Qatar including but not limited to:

1. Internal Security Force Camp Project consists of constructing a 306,000 m2 (built-up area) camp for the Qatari Internal Security Forces – Lekhwiya, to be erected on a 220,000 m2 parcel.
2. The Dukhan Road East Project consists of design and construction of roads and five interchanges, and will also include the design and construction of a storm water micro-tunnel along the Dukhan highway.
3. Mall of Qatar Project consists of constructing a 162,000 m2 leasable space on three levels in addition to underground and surface parking which will make it as one of Qatar's largest shopping and entertainment destination.
4. Doha Festival City Mall is one of the Middle East's largest leisure and entertainment destinations which offer a gross leasable area of 250,000 m2.
5. Lusail Project CP7B (Lusail Plaza Infrastructure, LRT Station, Public Car Parks & Land Scape)consists of the design and construction of CP7B-Lusail Plaza with road A1, infrastructure works, public car park, LRT station structure.
6. The New Orbital Highway and Truck Route - Contract 2 encompasses approximately 48 km new dual carriageway that includes eight grade-separated interchanges consisting of 7 lanes in each direction. It is located to the West and North of Doha City, starting at Salwa Road, passing through Dukhan Road and North Road, and up to the North Relief Road.

National Asphalt Factory

The factory has been supplying different types hot mix asphalt to very well-known Qatari based projects; these are but not limited to:

1. Mall of Qatar Project consists of constructing a 162,000 m2 leasable space on three levels in addition to underground and surface parking which will make it as one of Qatar's largest shopping and entertainment destination.
2. Road & infrastructure in Doha industrial area package (01) is one of the largest road projects in Qatar. The scope of the Works encompasses rehabilitation and upgrade of roads and infrastructure in Doha Industrial Area.
3. Bani Hajer north Rawdat Edgaim Project with supplying 232000 m2 of Asphalt works will provide a complete infrastructure including a new road network; the project will also provide roads that will link the entire area and ultimately connect it with the adjacent Doha road network.
4. Doha Metro Green Line Underground Project consists of 16.6km of twin bored tunnels, 8 underground stations, built at a depth of 20 meters. It spans from Msheireb (Central Station) through to Education City and on to Al Rayyan.
5. The Dukhan Road East Project consists of design and construction of roads and five interchanges, and will also include the design and construction of a storm water micro-tunnel along the Dukhan highway.
6. The project is a 42 km new dual carriageway that includes five grade-separated interchanges. It is located to the West and North of Doha City providing connection between Contract 2 of the New Orbital Highway and Truck Route at Dukhan Highway to North Road and the Al Khor Link Road.

Premco Precast Qatar

Full range of high quality Precast Elements have been supplied and erected to very well-known Qatari based projects these are but not limited to:

1. Mall of Qatar Project consists of constructing a 162,000 m2 leasable space on three levels in addition to underground and surface parking which will make it as one of Qatar's largest shopping and entertainment destination. PPQ has supplied the project with Precast Insulted and Solid Panels.
2. Greenline Elevated & At Grade Project is the design and construction of the underground works below central Doha from Msheireb Station with tunnels continuing after the Education City Station, emerging to the surface approximately one kilometre before the Al Rayyan Stadium and the location of the forthcoming Mall of Qatar. PPQ is the supplier of the Precast U Segment of this project.
3. Ras Abu Fontas A2 Desalination is a 30 Km Infrastructure Utilities work project that has been supplied with Precast Column, Beams & HCS 200mm including the related erection by Premco Precast Qatar.
4. Ministry of Police @ Kahraana project has been supplied with Precast Boundary Wall including the erection by PPQ.
5. Viva Bahria - 6 & 7 (Pearl Qatar) Project consists of (2P+Ground floor +24+roof) each; Premco Precast Qatar is the supplier of Precast Cladding, Column & Wheel Stopper of the project including the related erection work.
6. Gabbro Terminal Expansion Project @ Mesaieed is a strategic project that will support the growing demand of aggregate cargo for Qatar’s infrastructure development. The project is supplied by Premco Precast Qatar in providing and installation of Precast Stacker Beams.

United Arab Aluminum Company

Combined efforts of the United Arab Aluminum Company and United Arab Glass Company have led to preference over other Aluminum and Glass Suppliers to supply famous Qatari based projects; these are but not limited to:

1. Doha Metro Red Line South Elevated & At Grade – Economic Zone, Ras Bu Fontas & Al Wakra Stations. The Project covers 7.2 km metro line including 3 elevated metro stations. The line starts from Old Airport Road and continues on the median of Al Wakra Main Road as elevated viaduct to depot area and ends at Al Wakra City. United Arab Aluminum Company and United Arab Glass Company combined are initially in charge of facade works for the Economic Zone Station and viaduct.
2. The Arab center for research and policy studies as a mega Project has been provided by the two factories with complete solutions of around 20,000 M2 high quality Aluminum doors, windows and curtain walls.
3. Burj DAMAC Marina - Doha is Qatar’s finest luxury hotel apartments. Located in the prestigious marina district of Lusail City, Burj DAMAC Marina is a 20-storey luxury hotel apartment project. United Arab Aluminum Company has supplied the project with an area of 7,000 M2 of Aluminum Curtain Walls and Cladding.
4. Barwa AL Baraha city project will provide parks, recreational areas, malls, and shops for residents. It is set to host up to 50,000 residents on 1.8 square kilometers with 64 four floors buildings, each having around 130 rooms. An area of around 18,000 M2 of Aluminum doors and windows has been provided with by United Arab Aluminum Company and United Arab Glass Company.
5. Workers’ Hospital Project is a 120 Bed Workers Hospital B+G+3 including roof top mechanical area; an Integrated Health Center B+G+1; Canteen; Washroom; Mosque; United Arab Aluminum Company and United Arab Glass Company has supplied an area of around 5,000 M2 of Aluminum Curtain Walls.
6. Porto Arabia B14 Tower project is located in the Pearl Qatar that has been supplied with 4,500 M2 of curtain walls by United Arab Aluminum Company and United Arab Glass Company.
7. Abraj Quartier AQ 01 & AQ 02 or “Neighbourhood of Towers,” is a major component of a large and ambitious mixed-use development in Doha known as The Pearl. Two beacon-like office towers flank the main access road and serve as the gateway to the overall Pearl development. The Abraj Quartier will include 2,200 residential units and a total of more than 350,000 m² of built area. United Arab Aluminium has fabricated and installed Unitized Curtain Wall Panels for an area of 5,000 M2.

1. Dukhan Housing Project: The glass combination for this project is 6mm SunGuard High Performance Green Plus 50 on Green (Face 2) Tempered Glass + 12mm air space + 6mm Clear Tempered for a total quantity of 2,100 square meters.
2. Intercontinental Hotel Project: The glass combinations for this project are 6mm Pilkington North America Eclipse Advantage Bronze (Face 2) Tempered Glass + 12mm air space + 6mm Clear Tempered Glass, and 6mm Pilkington Eclipse Advantage Bronze (Face 2) Tempered Glass + 12mm air space + 4mm Clear Glass + 1.52mm Clear PVB Interlayer + 4mm Clear Glass, for a total quantity of 2,500 square meters.
3. Al Malki Head Quarters Tower Project: The glass combination for this project is 6mm Guardian (High Definition) HD Blue Reflective Tempered Glass + 12mm air space + 6mm Clear Tempered Glass for a total quantity of 1,500 square meters.
4. New Doha Port Project (NPP-Design & Built Buildings): The glass combination for this project is 6mm EmiCool E-Lite Blue 40 on Clear (Face 2) Heat Strengthened Glass + 14mm airs space + 6mm Clear Heat Strengthened Glass for a total quantity of 4,600 square meters.
5. Aster Hospital Project: The glass combination for this project is 6mm Cool-lite Nano Misty Blue KNT 755 (Face 2) Tempered Glass + 12mm air space + 6mm Clear Tempered Glass for a total quantity of 1,000 square meters.
6. Health Center Al Dora Project: The glass combination for this project is 6mm Pilkington Solar-E Arctic Blue (Face 2) Tempered Glass + 16mm air space + 6mm Pilkington Energy Advantage Clear Low-e Tempered Glass.
7. Sulity Villa 30 Project: The glass combination for this project is 6mm Pilkington Reflite Arctic Blue (Face 2) Tempered Glass + 12mm air space + 6mm Clear Tempered Glass.
8. New Office & Car Park Project: The glass combination for this project is 6mm Pilkington Solar-E Arctic Blue (Face 2) Tempered Glass + 12mm air space + 6mm Clear Tempered Glass.
9. Al Waab 492/15 Project: The glass combination for this project is 6mm Pilkington Reflite Emerald Green (Face 2) Tempered Glass + 12mm air space + 6mm Clear Tempered Glass.
10. New Office Skylight Project: The glass combination for this project is 6mm Pilkington Solar-E Arctic Blue (Face 2) Tempered Glass + 12mm air space + 13.52mm Clear Tempered Laminated Glass.
